Extension Consultation, Terms & Conditions

  • Complete Digital Consultation form below
  • Book a consultation for a color match, extension selection & to order your hair. ($25 for this visit)
  • Select your date to pick up your Halo and walk care and maintenance (approximately 1 weeks after initial consultation).
​First Appointment Includes:
  • Determine length
  • Determine thickness
  • Color match
  • Ordering your new Halo Extension
The final price will be determined during our consultation based on your desired results and chosen extension type.
Long-Term Expectations:
  • The longevity of hair varies based on how well you care for your extension hair on a daily bases at home
  • I will suggest a hair care plan to increase longevity of your investment.

You will be asked to affirm that you read the terms and conditions above at the bottom of the digital consultation.  If you do not agree to these terms, please email me at Andrea@holistichairwellness.com and I will respond within 48 hours Monday-Friday
